Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and of every online store operated by Aston Ridge LLC (together, the "Sites"), and every order you place on a Site. By using a Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

These Terms contain an arbitration agreement and class action waiver in section 17. Please read it.

2. Who we are

Aston Ridge LLC ("Aston Ridge", "we", "us") is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, registered address 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Aston Ridge LLC is the seller and merchant of record for every order placed on our stores. Every store we operate identifies Aston Ridge LLC as the seller in its footer, its policies and its order confirmation emails.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. If you create an account, keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once at inquiry@astonridgellc.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation; the order confirmation email only acknowledges receipt. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipping for reasons such as suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, an address we cannot ship to, or a quantity that exceeds normal consumer use. If we cancel after you paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days and tell you why.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided, but we will help you recover them where we can.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total you pay, including shipping and any sales tax, is shown before you confirm the order.
• Sales tax is charged where we are required to collect it, based on the shipping address.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, currently [Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay]. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• Payment is collected at checkout, before the order is processed.
• If a price is obviously wrong (for example a $0 product), we may cancel the order and refund you rather than ship at the wrong price.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery times are stated on each product page, at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. In line with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within the stated time (or within 30 days if no time is stated) we will notify you, give you a revised date, and offer you the choice to wait or cancel for a full and prompt refund. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; if a tracked parcel is lost in transit we replace it or refund you as described in the Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy, which sets out the conditions, the return process, who pays return shipping, and when refunds are issued. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is processed by emailing us with your order number.

8. Product information

We do our best to show products accurately. Colors can vary slightly with your screen, and measurements in size charts are approximate. If an item differs materially from its description or images, it is covered by the 30-day return policy and we pay the return shipping. Product availability can change without notice.

9. Promotions and discount codes

• Discount codes are valid only on the store, products and dates stated in the promotion, and only once per order unless stated otherwise. Codes cannot be combined, applied after an order is placed, or exchanged for cash.
• Free-shipping thresholds are calculated on the order value after discounts.
• When you return an item bought with a discount, we refund the amount you actually paid for that item. If a return brings an order below a promotion threshold, the promotion value may be deducted from the refund.
• We may end or change a promotion at any time; orders already placed are honored.
• Giveaways and contests have their own rules published with the promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter where prohibited by law.

10. Legal and export restrictions

Our stores ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship internationally and do not sell to persons on US restricted-party lists. Products are intended for personal use; resale is not permitted without our written consent.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Sites to place fraudulent orders, to test stolen payment cards, to scrape content, to interfere with their operation, to submit false reviews or claims, or to violate any law. We may suspend access or cancel orders that breach this section and cooperate with law enforcement and payment networks in fraud investigations.

12. Intellectual property and reviews

The Sites, our store names, logos, photographs, product descriptions and designs are owned by or licensed to Aston Ridge LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it on the Sites and in our marketing, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

13. Third-party services and links

Payments, shipping, tracking and some site features are provided by third parties under their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Sites and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section limits the 30-day return right, our obligations for defective or misdescribed products, or any warranty that cannot be excluded under the law of your state.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aston Ridge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Sites or an order. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Aston Ridge LLC and its members, managers and employees against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Sites, or content you submit.

17. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Talk to us first. Almost every issue is solved by email. Before starting any formal proceeding, send a written description of the problem to inquiry@astonridgellc.com or to our postal address, and give us 30 days to resolve it.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and Aston Ridge LLC agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or an order will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Arbitration may take place by phone, video or written submissions, or in the county where you live. We pay the filing and arbitrator fees for claims under $10,000 unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous.

Class action waiver. Disputes are resolved on an individual basis only. You and we waive the right to bring or participate in a class, collective or representative action.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing inquiry@astonridgellc.com with "Arbitration opt-out", your name and order number within 30 days of your first order. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in other states keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of their own state.

19. General terms

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• These Terms, together with the policies linked in section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us for the Sites and your orders.
• We may update these Terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes are announced on the Sites with a new effective date.
• We may assign these Terms to a successor of our business. You may not assign them.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
