Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Aston Ridge LLC ("Aston Ridge", "we", "us") is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. We operate this website and a portfolio of online stores. Each store we operate links to this policy at checkout and in its footer.
This policy applies to personal information we collect through this website, through every store we operate (together, the "Sites"), through email, phone and chat with our customer service team, and through advertising on third-party platforms. Each store links to this same policy at checkout.
This policy is also our "notice at collection" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
2. Information we collect
In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information. We collect the same categories today.

| Sensitive personal information | Precise geolocation, government ID, financial account credentials, health, biometric, religious or ethnic data, contents of private messages | No, except the account password you choose and the payment details handled by our payment processors |
3. Where the information comes from
- You, when you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails or texts, contact customer service, leave a review, or fill in a form.
- Your device, automatically, through cookies, pixels and server logs when you visit the Sites or open our emails.
- Service providers, such as payment processors (fraud and payment status), shipping carriers (delivery status) and our e-commerce platform.
- Advertising and social media platforms, such as Meta and Google, when you interact with our ads or when they report on ad performance.
4. How we use it
| Purpose | What we do | Categories used |
|---|---|---|
| Taking and fulfilling orders | Process payment, ship the order, send confirmation and tracking emails, handle returns and refunds | Identifiers, commercial, payment |
| Customer service | Answer questions, resolve delivery and product issues, resolve payment and refund questions | Identifiers, commercial, communications |
| Fraud prevention and security | Detect fraudulent orders and payment disputes, secure our systems, verify your identity for privacy requests | Identifiers, payment, network activity, geolocation |
| Marketing | Send emails and texts you signed up for, show you our ads on other sites and apps, measure ad performance | Identifiers, commercial, network activity, inferences |
| Improving the Sites | Analytics, testing page designs, fixing errors, understanding which products people look for | Network activity, commercial, inferences |
| Legal and accounting | Tax records, responding to lawful requests, enforcing our terms, defending disputes | Identifiers, commercial, payment |
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. Fraud screening may automatically flag an order for manual review by a person.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients, only for the purposes above:
- Payment processors and fraud-prevention services (for example Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Rapyd) to process your payment and screen for fraud.
- E-commerce platform and hosting providers (for example Shopify and our web host) that run the Sites.
- Fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, who receive your name, address, phone number and order contents to pack and deliver your order.
- Email, SMS and customer service tools that send our messages and store support conversations.
- Analytics providers (for example Google Analytics) that measure how the Sites are used.
- Advertising partners (for example Meta, Google, TikTok) that show our ads and measure them. See sections 6 and 7.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers, when needed.
- Authorities, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- A buyer or successor if a store or our company is sold, merged or reorganized. You will be notified by email or a notice on the Sites.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing, except as described under advertising cookies below.
6. Cookies, pixels and analytics
The Sites use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage). This company website uses only strictly necessary cookies and self-hosted fonts; it loads no analytics or advertising trackers. Our stores use:
| Type | Purpose | Your choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Cart, checkout, login, fraud prevention, remembering your cookie choices | Cannot be switched off; the store would not work |
| Analytics | Understanding page visits, errors and conversion rates (for example Google Analytics) | Opt out via the store's cookie settings or browser controls |
| Advertising | Showing our ads on other platforms based on your visit (for example the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags) and measuring them | Opt out via the store's cookie settings, the Do Not Sell or Share section, or a Global Privacy Control signal |
You can also block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop checkout from working.
7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the CCPA, using advertising cookies and pixels so that a platform can show you our ads elsewhere is considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. The categories shared for this purpose in the past 12 months are identifiers, commercial information, internet activity and inferences. You can opt out of this sharing at any time:
- Global Privacy Control: we honor GPC opt-out preference signals sent by your browser or extension. When we detect a GPC signal, the store treats it as a valid opt-out request for that browser, and the cookie settings show "Opt-out request honored".
- Cookie settings: switch off "Advertising" in the cookie settings on the store you are visiting.
- Email: send "Do Not Sell or Share" with the email address you use on our stores to inquiry@astonridgellc.com. We will also stop using your email address for audience matching on advertising platforms.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. You will not be treated differently for opting out.
8. How long we keep it
- Order, payment and refund records: 7 years after the order, for tax, accounting and payment-dispute purposes.
- Customer service conversations: 3 years after the last message.
- Account data: until you delete the account or after 3 years of inactivity.
- Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we do not email you again.
- Analytics and advertising data: as set by the tool, typically 2 to 26 months.
We delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
9. How we protect it
The Sites are served over HTTPS (TLS). Payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant payment processors; card numbers never touch our servers. Access to customer data is limited to team members and providers who need it, protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at inquiry@astonridgellc.com.
10. Your privacy rights (US states)
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We extend the rights below to all US residents regardless of state.
- Right to know / access: ask what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, purposes, and the third parties we shared it with, and receive a copy in a portable format.
- Right to correct: ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
- Right to delete: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to exceptions (for example, we must keep order records for tax and fraud purposes).
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing (California) and of targeted advertising (other states): see section 7.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we only use sensitive information to provide the service you requested, so no separate limit is needed.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.
- Right to appeal (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states): if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we respond to appeals within 45 days and tell you how to contact your state attorney general if you disagree.
California residents, "Shine the Light" (Civil Code §1798.83): we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
Do Not Track: our Sites do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard exists. We do respond to Global Privacy Control signals as described above.
11. How to make a request
You can submit a request in any of these ways:
- Email inquiry@astonridgellc.com with the subject "Privacy request".
- Write to Aston Ridge LLC, Privacy Requests, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
Tell us which right you are exercising and the email address you used on our stores. To protect your data we verify requests by matching the details you give us with our records; for deletion or access requests we may ask you to confirm from the email address on file. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for written permission signed by you and may still verify your identity directly.
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 45 additional days) we will tell you why. We do not charge for requests unless they are excessive or repetitive, in which case we will explain the fee before doing the work.
12. Children
The Sites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email inquiry@astonridgellc.com and we will delete it.
13. Marketing emails and text messages
We send marketing emails only to people who signed up or made a purchase, and every email contains an unsubscribe link and our postal address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, replies to your questions) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
We send text messages only with your express consent given at checkout or on a sign-up form. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
14. Visitors outside the United States
Our Sites are operated from the United States and are directed to customers in the United States. If you visit or order from another country, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Our stores ship to addresses in the United States only.
15. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once every 12 months and update the "Last updated" date at the top whenever we change it. If a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will notify you by email (if we have your address) or with a notice on the Sites before the change takes effect.
